Quote/Advice For Import Permit From RF Pets Relocation Services

1) Import from Cambodia to Malaysia of Non Restricted Breed.

Puppy from Any country is allowed to be imported into Malaysia a minimum 4 months old with a rabies vaccinations done (at least one month and above) following by the puppy booster.

Our Import Packages (MALAYSIA PART ONLY) for includes the services as below;

1. Import Handling, communications and agent fees (Advise on documentations for import documents for Malaysia country).

(Import with invalid documents the dog/ cat will be quarantine for up to 180 days or send back to the origin country)

2. Customs Clearance/ Terminal Clearance.

(Quick clearance upon arrival at the terminal hall/ custom side by appointed agent, if not the dog/cat will left in the crate for at least 5 hours at Terminal/Cargo unattended until the Quarantine Station Vehicle come and pick it up.) 

3. Booking of Quarantine Space

(We will gets the quarantine booked)

4. MAQIS Import Permit. 

5. Arrival Government Veterinaries officer Inspections.

(Will arrange a Veterinaries officer to wait for you upon arrival, and safer and faster clearance process)

6. Quarantine Transfer.

(Quarantine Transfer will be done by the MAQIS officer).

7. Quarantine Fees for 7 days. 

(We will pay one time visit during the 7 days quarantine period is including in the packages without extra charges)

8.Quarantine Clearance. 

( Discharged from Quarantine, including all the quarantine fees and Veterinaries inspection fees)

9.Delivery to Residence. (Within Klang valley Kuala Lumpur & Selangor, Radius 30 kms from KLIA Quarantine Station)

Please take note that we would fully advice that the owner advice us on the dry pet food for the 7 days quarantine periods to avoid any unnecessarily changes on pet food stress and diarrhea. (If Possible) If not please let us know which brand to be fed and we will provided it.

We would need at least 2 weeks confirmation in advance on the services so that we would not accept any coming jobs on that particular day. This earlier confirmation is also to make sure that all the document are in order and the flight will be Safe and Sound.

Full Services charges from Point 1 to 9 is RM1, 600 for first heads, and Rm1,000/head subsequently. If arrival by Cargo, there will be an Import Tax of for Rm250 each dog.

Additional Charges RM250 applied if the pets landed after office hours (9-5pm office hours) Saturday, Sunday and Malaysia public holiday.

Full payment must be received before the works commences.

Please email us the documents listed as below; 

1) Owner Passport copy (front page scan copy)

2) Pets Updated picture.

3) Full Address and mobile number in cambodia and Malaysia.

4) Port of departure (Airport name), transit (if any) and arrival. Scan Flight Itinerary/ Airwaybill copy when its ready preferable few days before the pet arrival.

5) Expected Date of arrival. (please confirm with us at least two week before import to avoid the quarantine to be fully booked.). 

6) Pets Vaccination record/ Pet Passport. [Please scan clear copy for pets details pages (either English or Bi language) and Vaccination pages). Please write an English wording beside of the other language wording.

7) Rabies Vaccination (in-active or Killed rabies vaccination) must be injected at least 30 days and above not more than one year. An annual canine vaccination must be updated as well. Puppy or Kitten can only be injected with Rabies Vaccination at the minimum age of 3 months old and above. 

8) The Export health certificate must be in English Version and issue by the
